Exchange Policy

No cash refunds. We guarantee all the work. If something on your bag should fail due to a manufacturing error, we will gladly repair the issue.

Custom and Sale Items:
All custom items and items purchased on sale are final.

We will gladly exchange an item within 14 days of purchase. Items should be in unused and unaltered condition with the tags. Proof of purchase is also required for completing an exchange. Exchanges can be done on items of equal or greater value; purchaser will pay the difference on the latter. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at and send your item to: 1130 College Street Toronto Ontario CA M6H1B6 or visit us in person at the above address.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs both ways for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise, we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
